Join Mike Silva, Owner of Foundation Performance and Coach Pete Russo of Russo Racing for an in-depth analysis of your run!!
Mike and Pete will videotape and observe you while you run at The Foundation Performance Headquarters in Pawtucket! Mike and Pete then lead you in a discussion about what they observed! Your discussion and consultation is then followed by a session with the talented strength trainers at Foundation Performance. They will show you what you can do to strengthen the issues they observed! Is it your hips, knees, do you pronate, tight hip flexors, weak glutes…the list goes on and on!
Stop guessing and have the experts dial you in to what you can do improve, strengthen, prevent injury and have a great running and triathlon season!

Get off the road and onto the beach and join us as we ride Narragansett Town Beach then down Ocean Road to Black Point and onto Scarborough State Beach! If we we want we can continue onto Roger Wheeler State Beach! Have you ever ridden on the sand, sun in your face, waves crashing next to you – THIS IS YOUR CHANCE!! Space is very limited!
