Strength Training with CrossFit
Strength training with CrossFit South Kingstown (CFSK) is a strength and conditioning program based on functional movements executed at a high intensity. No two workouts are the same. This addictive, fun program is for people of all abilities. CrossFit incorporates weightlifting, gymnastic (body weight) movements and cardiovascular endurance to promote fitness. Through the 11 sessions you will be taught many of the functional movements of the On Ramp Course (a $75 value.) At the end of the Strength Training Tri Series, CrossFit will offer 25% off of your first month at CFSK. Once it's lighter outside in the morning, we will meet outdoors and follow the Strength Training with an optional run, bike or swim. Info will be posted on our Facebook page.
