Packet Pickup and New Registration:
• Saturday, March 9th:4-6pm 
at CrossFit South Kingstown, 1425 Kingstown Road, South Kingstown, RI 

• Sunday, March 10th (Race Day): 8:00 - 9:45am

Race Rules:

All participants (parent/guardian if minor) must sign a waiver form at
packet pickup. You may have a fellow racer pickup your packet by signing
the “Permission Slip” available by clicking here. Give to a fellow racer, along
with your signed waiver,  and we will gladly give them your packet. Without
a signed permission slip and waiver, we will not give out your packet to
another racer. NO EXCEPTIONS!  Children under the age of 18 must be
accompanied by a parent/guardian at the time of packet pickup

Race Day Parking:

Important!  NO PARKING ALLOWED AT SOUTH KINGSTOWN TOWN BEACH.
All racers and spectators MUST PARK their cars at Matunuck Elementary School.  A shuttle bus will be provided.  Rules will be strictly enforced by the race coordinators and the South Kingstown Police Department.  Vehicles parked at the Town Beach, or in "No Parking" Zones WILL BE TOWED. 

Running Requirements:

  • Must be able to complete the Half Marathon in 3 hours or less
  • Must be 12 years of age on Race Day to enter the Half Marathon
  • All Participants (parent/guardian if minor) must sign a waiver form at packet pick up.

Race and Course Amenities:

• Visible mile markers at every mile.
• Road arrows and turn signs to clearly mark the course

• Fluid stations at every mile
• Hammer Gel, water, flattened soda and Herbalife Hydrate on course from mile 6 and up.
• Animal crackers, pretzels and oranges on course from Mile 6 and up
• Water is also available at the race start and finish line
• Toilets at start and finish area and at various points along the route
• Top notch medical and volunteer support along course
  • Half Marathon Finisher Medals
  • Athlete Bags and Drop Tent
• Tech T-Shirt
• Hammer + Water on DEMAND bike support provided by NBX Bikes

    • Pee Wee – 12 and Under
    • Junior – 13 to 18
    • Male/Female Open – 19 to 39
    • Male/Female Masters - 40 to 49
    • Male/Female Seniors – 50 to 59
    • Male/Female Veterans – 60 to 70
    • Male/Female VIP – 70+



    Awards:
    $100 to Overall Male and Female finishers!
    $50 to Second Male and Female finishers!
    $25 Third Male and Female finishers!
    Top 3 Overall and in each category receive TRIMOM Bucks good for future TRIMOM Races!

    All Kids Fun Run Participants receive medals!

    No refunds or credits given if the race must be cancelled due to weather.

    Fluids:

    Hammer Gel will be located at Mile 6 and up (Half) and unique to the Ocean's Run Haif Marathon:  Hammer Gel on Demand and Water on Demand - our bicyclists will carry Hammer Gel and water on their bikes to be given along the course. 


    PLEASE DON’T LITTER ALONG THE COURSE – DISPOSE OF CUPS AND PACKS IN RECEPTACLES PROVIDED.
