Join us for the 4th running of this super fun and challenging Sprint Triathlon!  Camp Westwood is excited to have us back!  Enjoy a calm and quiet .25 mile Fresh Water Swim in a pristine spring-fed reservoir; then challenge yourself on our hilly and rolling 12 Mile Road Bike on some newly paved roads; followed by a flat as a pancake 3 mile all road – Run!  Hang around after for a post-race party and beer garden!  Not enough?  How about a complimentary post-race massage!  Thanks to LouAnn Botsford and her CCRI Massage Therapy Students!

EVENT TIMING!
Timing is provided by the TRIMOM Timing Company, using the latest in technology for fast, accurate results. We are also offering to our athletes Live Athlete Tracking – so your family and friends can see how you are doing from home! Results will be available with minutes after you complete the event at the results kiosks located after the finish line! You will receive overall time, swim, T1, bike, T2, and Run! Final results will be available on the TRIMOM site!

THE COURSE!
The course begins with a 1/4 mile swim in beautiful Aquidneck Reservoir. Then followed by a single loop 11.8 mile rolling bike with same great climbs that will get you out of your saddle! The race concludes with a scenic 5K run thru the camp.

The Swim: The .25 mile fresh water lake. Wetsuits highly recommended.

The Bike: The bike course includes 11.8 miles of scenic roads winding, freshly paved through Coventry and West Greenwich. The course will begin at the camp and bikers will travel out of the camp and make a right onto Harkney Hill Road. Riders will then make a right onto Fish Hill Road and enjoy a challenging 2 mile climb through Big River Management Are and merge onto Weaver Hill Road. At the end of Weaver Hill, athletes will make a right onto Sharpe Road. At the end, athletes will make a right onto Route 102 North and climb and roll back to make a right onto Harkney Hill Road (Route 118). Continue back to the campground. The course is not closed to traffic. Athletes must stay to the far right at all times, unless passing another cyclist. Drafting is not permitted and will be enforced. Pass only on the left; do not pass any cyclist on their right.

The Run: The 3.1 mile out and back run winds around the campground. Electrolyte drink available at water stations.

TIMING CHIPS/SWIM CAPS: Will be distributed in your Race Package.
BODY MARKINGS: Please receive your Body Marking prior to entering the transition area.
POST-RACE PARTY/AWARDS – Post race food and awards ceremony located at “The Lodge” at Camp Westwood.
PHOTOGRAPHS: Your picture will be taken throughout the event and available for you to enjoy compliments of TRIMOM!

4. YOU MUST PRESENT YOUR VALID USAT CARD, PRINTED TEMPORARY MEMBERSHIP CARD, or SCREENSHOT FROM THE USAT APP! If you do not, you will be required to pay for a one-day license! NO EXCEPTIONS!
