At TRIMOM, we not only ask that you step out of your comfort zone, we'll show you how!  Our training clinics are what set us apart.  We provide educational opportunities aimed to change your life.  Our clinics are fun and tailored to the needs of our athletes, both inexperienced and experienced.  Hundreds of TRIMOM athletes have taken part in our training clinics and come to the starting line more confident as a result!
