In it’s 11th Year – The Ocean’s Run NEW MARATHON…½ Marathon and 4 Miler will be back at Misquamicut State Beach venue and all courses are USATF Certified and the marathon is a Boston Qualifier! This race has always been a great tune-up for Boston and other late Spring Marathons. This race winds through the quiet Westerly beach communities of Misquamicut and Weekapaug. There are water views at nearly every stretch of the race. With hardly any climbs to speak of, this race is fast and furious!! The race starts and finish at the Misquamicut State Beach!

Packet Pickup and New Registrations
All participants (parent/guardian if minor) must sign a waiver form at packet pickup. You may have a fellow racer pickup your packet by SIGNING and giving to them a Adult Participant USATF Waiver. Give the SIGNED Adult Participant USATF Waiver to a fellow racer, and we will gladly give them your packet. Without a SIGNED Adult Participant USATF Waiver, we will not give out your packet to another racer. NO EXCEPTIONS! Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian at the time of packet pickup.

At TRIMOM, we utilize state-of-the-art chip timing. All of our events have LIVE ATHLETE TRACKER! This allows your friends and family to instantly see your progress. You cross our mat, they see your splits!!

All athletes, 4miler and ½ Marathon receive event swag!
All Marathon Finishers receive additional FINISHER SWAG!!
USATF:
All courses are measured and USATF Certified!

Course Amenities
Visible mile markers at every mile.
Road arrows and turn signs to clearly mark the course.
Fluid stations at EVEN mile.
Hammer Gels, water, Gatorade on course from mile 6 and up.
Gold Fish,
Water is also available at the race start and finish line.
Toilets at start and finish area and at various points along the route.
Top notch medical and volunteer support along course.
All Athletes receive event shirt & finisher medal.
Clothes Drop Bins at all water stations in case you need to drop clothes along the course!
